The location was close to the city center and places like Rua Torta and Rua Coberta. The room and bathroom furniture were new, and the breakfast was varied. The staff were very helpful. The room we stayed in was near the road that connects Miguel Pereira to Paty do Alferes, which has a lot of truck and motorcycle traffic with open tires, causing a lot of discomfort if you want to rest in the afternoon or go to bed early. There were no windows in the bathroom and the mechanical extractor was not working, so towels and underwear couldn’t dry.

“Gepflegte Anlage”

The property was well kept and spotless, with a good breakfast that included fresh fruit, omelette, and cakes. The staff were friendly and responsive to our requests, though only one woman—Isadora—worked at the front desk and spoke good English. The downside was street noise and a musty smell in the rooms.

I really liked the cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in the accommodation. I also enjoyed the location—quiet, on a calm street, with available parking.

The place is clean, all the furniture is brand new, and the location is good. The accommodation is a bit cramped for a couple with a small child, and there’s no kids area to use on rainy days.

The staff were polite, breakfast was very complete, and the room was comfortable. The parking spot near the reception is a bit narrow.
