The surroundings and shared facilities were well-equipped, making the stay very convenient. A supermarket and convenience store were nearby, and the main street from Ikebukuro Station offered plenty of restaurants. The common area had a microwave, electric kettle, water purifier, and even drip coffee, which was a pleasant surprise. However, there were some concerns with the bathroom and room equipment: there were two shower stalls but only one washbasin, and locking the inner side of the door also locked the washbasin out of use. The washbasin lighting was dim, and the room mirror was a small square placed in a corner, which made it hard to use. Despite the good convenience, the equipment felt a bit lacking.
