Everything was excellent, the staff accommodated an early check‑in and late check‑out and even shifted breakfast so I could catch it after my early arrival; the location is convenient. The downside is that emergency exit instructions are unclear when the lift is off limits—there are no signs for the backup stairs inside once you’re already on the emergency staircase.

The hotel is just a stone’s throw from the metro, making it easy to get around, and there are restaurants nearby plus a fantastic brew pub a few minutes’ walk away.

The hotel is very quiet, clean, and the staff are extremely respectful, but there is no toilet in the bathroom.

The location is superb and the breakfast selection is huge and amazing, and the staff were lovely. Nothing went wrong.
