Towels were nice. TV had a lot of channels. Didn't use the refrigerator or drawers. The clerk was very friendly and offered us a refund, but we didn't have anyplace else to stay (Rocket launch and all other places were booked up), or I would have taken it. Queen size room - Stained sheets, Worn w/burn spots comforter, pillows have a used smell, Non-secure windows won't lock, can lift the window right out of the frame and open the door. King size room - Dirty comforter, Dirty pillows with hair on them, Sink clogged up - won't drain. Non-secure door, it doesn't lock (door jam shows damage) Windows show break in signs (screens bent, window ajar). I wouldn't trust leaving anything in either room of value. Outside has folks living there. No garden spots - just over grown weeds. I wouldn't trust drinking the free coffee because of the overall conditions of the motel. Very run down. I could enter any of the rooms we had in a minute or less without a key. Felt very unsafe for the family. Beds were unwashed and stained. Had the kids sleep on their own blankets, and not use the pillows

Location near Merritt Island. Location, I thought it was on the intercoastal waterway, but it was a few blocks walk away. No breakfast was included, but local breakfast restaurants were nearby

Location was OK to get to and within a few miles of stores and restaurants, but in a rundown area of town. Difficult for handicapped son to access the room and bathroom. Rooms were in need of refurbishment
