The hotel looks new and is very clean. Breakfast was tasty, with a wide selection and some regional touches. The location is good; you can walk to the city center or take two bus stops. No part of the hotel smelled like cigarettes – that's something you might expect in Serbia. The view from the room looked out onto a rather grim courtyard, but after all, you don't go to Belgrade just to sit in a room and stare out the window. The bread at breakfast was sometimes stale.

Everything about the hotel was spot on! The staff welcomed me genuinely and gave special treatment for my husband's birthday. The room was huge and fully equipped. Breakfast was good, and the location is central with a tram line nearby. The reception staff and manager were fantastic. Thank you! There's nothing I would dislike.

Centrally located in the Palilula neighborhood. Safe and secure, great front desk staff. But, we had issues with no hot water in the shower, very disappointing housekeeping, and stained old towels with holes and some were torn and ripped on the sides. Room service was bad, delivery took like 1 hr for a cup of coffee. I think this is priced like hotels in London. Definitely not worth the money

Everything was great. The only downside was that there wasn't enough warm water.
