The staff were friendly and professional, and the backstory of the property was interesting. Coffee was available, but you had to go down the hall to get it. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear everything in the hallway and the noisy, drunken hunters kept me from sleeping well.

The location was great, the service was friendly, and the bar/restaurant offered a huge menu even though there was no on‑site dining. The bedding had to be posted in our room, and we only received one key per room, which was a hassle if more than one person stayed or if you misplaced it.

The site is walkable around town and close to the beach, which was perfect for me.
