The staff were very friendly, but the room was far from clean or secure. When we entered, a huge clump of hair was on the toilet paper, the toilet didn’t flush well, cigarette burns marred our blankets, and overall it was dirty with a lot of damage. It just needs a bit more cleaning and fixing; for the €230 per night it should have been in much better condition.

The only positive was its proximity to the university, but I handed the front desk a list of complaints.

The place was clean, had a pleasant scent, the staff were very kind, the soaps smelled amazing, and the water pressure wasn’t too bad. The ice machine was oddly placed and the breakfast was just sugar.
