The décor and location were great. The bathroom in room 528 was too small.

Great location for my needs. 1st room smelled moldy/musty - changed rooms and that room was ok

Nothing special. The front desk had an endless wait, no Spirit to serve, and the staff should learn to smile. The elevator wait was hyper‑long, the room air‑conditioning was extremely noisy.

Its location in the northwest is good, the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant, and everything else is fine. The room feels smaller now than I remembered; after the pandemic there was a remodel, maybe that’s why.
