It was a good hotel, the rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were very cooperative and helpful.
“It's good if you're really short on money, you have a bed, a toilet, and internet. Anything else is stress. Ther”
The hotel is cheap, probably better than a hostel, but it sits in the middle of a market so the noisy street wakes you up at 7‑8 a.m., as does the hotel staff. The bedding was dirty and unpleasant to lie on, and the shower, while present, was very dirty and uncomfortable. Checkout is at 11:00 a.m., yet the staff kicked me out of the room at 10:30 a.m. because I didn’t want to wait for a taxi outside. The staff also started talking loudly on the phone from 7 a.m., louder than the street noise. Overall, if you only need one night, it’s fine; if you’re staying longer, I’d recommend a slightly more expensive hotel for better comfort. I was stressed by the area, the hotel, and the completely unfriendly staff.
“Really bad experience, staff was rude and rooms were not clean. No refunds!”
My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. We booked a room with breakfast included, but when we arrived, the receptionist told us a different price and that breakfast wasn't included after all. The rooms were filthy, and when we asked the staff to clean them, they became agitated and behaved unprofessionally. We even had to clean the floor ourselves because they didn't bother to do it.
The location is probably the only plus; the street vibe isn’t very Indian, it’s clean, and the locals are very friendly. The room is small, the bath is very small, the room door is a normal inter‑room door with gaps everywhere, the hotel allows smoking and the smell seeps into the room, there is no sound insulation, and it’s very noisy until 12 a.m.
I must warn others that this place is not a hotel and I strongly advise against staying here. The experience was completely unhotel-like and left a bad taste in my mouth.
