The property was under construction and the staff seemed drugged. There were no amenities, coffee or ice machines, and people were smoking marijuana inside; prostitution was actively happening in the building.

I liked the place, but they told me no rooms were available and I had to book online; the rates are never as cheap as advertised, and the night staff refused to let me leave the office. The evening staff were unhelpful and unfriendliness was obvious; online rates were cheaper.
