I appreciated the straightforward communication and easy access to the house and room; the host’s friendliness and willingness to help, plus the 24‑hour phone service that handled requests immediately, were especially nice. The bathroom was better furnished and cleaner than the rest, and there was a fridge and a coffee machine. The house is easy to get to. Unfortunately, the mattress was very hard and sagging, though it was replaced the next day along with the bedside lamp that had a loose connection. The window couldn’t be opened properly for ventilation, so the previous guest’s shaving water smell lingered in the room. The house is also quite drafty, and my room was loud because it’s on a through‑traffic street. If the worn, stained carpets are replaced, the overall ambience will feel more upscale.

“our stay was good and comfort for 3 days -night”

The hotel’s location was good and easy to reach, the room size was adequate with a nice balcony, and the hot steam system made it very comfortable during the month of JAN. However, no toiletries were provided, no daily cleaning took place, and no staff were available, so you had to manage everything yourself.
