The only redeeming point was the reception staff, who were quick, but the room was very old, the bathroom was uninviting, the room smelled damp and felt depressing, and when we arrived another guest was complaining that someone had entered his room and taken his phone charger and they couldn't help him, which made me completely distrust the place.
