I was really looking forward to staying at this place, but unfortunately, the photos didn't accurately represent the accommodations. I specifically booked a room with a pool for my kids, but when I arrived, I found out that not all rooms have a pool. I brought this to the management's attention, but they didn't offer any options to cancel or change my booking, which meant I couldn't make use of the amenities I had paid for.
