The location is convenient with nearby restaurants and the rooms are really good. The AC temperature in the room was too low, and even after adjusting the settings the room felt hot; it’s a centralised system but the cooling needs improvement. The flush was broken and room service should address it.

The staff were excellent, the location convenient, and the breakfast good. The basement parking isn’t very clean and there’s a surprising step when you exit the lift in B2 that looks dangerous.

The place is close to the main spot, but the old building was a real let‑down: the roof in bathroom 518 leaked, the toilet was unclean, and there was fungus on the blinds.
