They were friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The room was small for two people, with only one bed inside but clean. The shared bathroom was not very clean. There’s also a veranda with tables to sit on and a shared kitchen with a fridge.

We were disappointed… we were sent to room No 9, which wasn’t the one listed in our booking, and it was right next to a group of dorm‑style kids sleeping on chairs in front of our window. At midnight they were noisy, chatting with friends and doing live streams. We complained via WhatsApp to the owner at midnight, but only got a reply the next morning. Even then, at midnight we rang the bell to ask for a room change (assuming another room was free), but it was too late to move our stuff while we were already exhausted. It’s unacceptable to rent a homestay room adjacent to a dorm with more than four people, letting them stay outside at night and make noise. This is a mistake for putting us in the wrong room, with noisy dorm kids below our window and a lack of firmness toward them. Note: when we checked out, the owner didn’t apologize or say anything, as if nothing happened. This shows a clear lack of service and courtesy.
