The location is fine, the room was nice enough and the beds were comfortable, but the exterior, main halls and entrances look very dated and need repair, leaving a bad first impression; the stairs are covered in fur and the hall carpet is stained, there’s no ventilation in the bathroom, and one bed’s bedding is stained.

The staff were very friendly and the location is good, but the facilities feel too old and the bathroom lacks a fan.

Overall the place feels a little dated or tired, yet it was quiet, clean and well managed; the meal was pretty good, the staff were great, and the location was exactly what I wanted.

The staff gave a great welcome, were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were good sized, there’s a decent restaurant, plenty of parking, and access is easy.

Beds were comfortable, staff were friendly, breakfast was great - lots of options and very tasty, location was great and lots of car parking. Shower pressure was a bit average and bathrooms could probably do with a revamp but didn’t impact our stay at all
