The breakfast was very hearty, varied yet classic, with a wide selection and drinks on request (coffee, tea). In short, it’s enough to start a mountain‑biking day well. The only downside was the pre‑arrival communication: confirming the stay the night before is a bit late, leaving us unsure until the last minute whether everything was ready.

The owners were really friendly and did their best to ensure we had everything we needed. They advertised a room with a garden view, but that was only partially true; it has a terrace with a garden view, nothing more. The kitchen window faces the garden but is tiny and covered in foil, so you can’t actually see outside. Unfortunately, the owners were building their swimming pool during our stay, so it was noisy for a couple of days, and the chemicals made us a bit worried since we were traveling with our baby. The bathroom sink had tiny hairs everywhere, and the toilet had poop stains.

The region is beautiful, and the walks are definitely great, but the temperature was a problem.
