We travel a lot and have booked many places, but this apartment is definitely one of the best we’ve ever stayed in; the location and the incredible mountain view impressed us immediately. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. The apartment had high‑quality kitchen appliances, nice expensive dishes, and cozy furnishings—feeling at home right away. We were especially thrilled with the underfloor heating; coming from northern Germany it was quite cold during our stay, so having the apartment already warm and the heating on when we arrived was a huge plus. The baby crib was also a big benefit for our family. The atmosphere in the apartment was incredibly pleasant, with lovely clay walls, a natural wood scent, and even hand soap that smelled like pine, making the stay cozier and more special. It was clear that everything was set up with great care. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and attentive, showing that guest wellbeing really matters.

Posizione bellissima con vista su tutte le cime delle montagna dì quella zona a circa 1300 di altitudine sopra a Latzfons. Casa molto confortevole, ben arredata e molto attrezzata. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Strada facile da fare. Scendendo dalla montagna siete subito a Bressanone o Chiusa e comodo per visitare tutta la zona. In 40 minuti siete sulle piste della Plose. Molto consigliata. Tutto perfetto

The quality of the accommodation was excellent. Nice place and hosts. We use Booking and Airbnb a lot, but this accommodation was one of the best in terms of equipment and attention to detail
