Hotel Zico, BW Signature Collection

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Zico, which offered a perfect location for exploring Mountain View. However, I did find the regular height toilet to be a bit of a challenge, especially given my impending hip surgery and the fact that I'm accustomed to a higher toilet at home. I managed to adjust, but it was a minor inconvenience.

I was pleased to find that this hotel was conveniently located and offered a range of amenities, including underground parking, friendly staff, a continental breakfast, and a nice shower. However, there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of carpeting in the room, not enough bedding for winter weather, a small TV, and no closet or wardrobe. Additionally, the coffee machine was a bit of a letdown without pods.

My stay at this hotel was convenient, thanks to its excellent location, just a few minutes from major tech hubs. The virtual assistance service was a lifesaver during late hours, and I found the price to be reasonable considering the hotel's good location, facilities, and beautiful courtyard. However, I was initially expecting a private balcony for my room, but it turned out to be a shared veranda, which was a bit of a letdown for someone seeking more solitude.
