Everything was perfect!!! As soon as I entered the building, Giovanni reached out; he replied instantly, sent a video showing how to access the room, and included a link to the café (breakfast) location. A marvel!!! Plus, the spot is excellent—just meters from Umberto I gallery and the Municipality square. Highly recommended!!!

The location was excellent—everything was within 5–10 minutes on foot. The staff always responded quickly when needed. Good. The breakfast was a downside: it was next to a bar and only offered cappuccino and brioche, closed on Sundays, and opened from 8… a more flexible schedule would suit tourists better. I don’t remember if that was described in the property’s presentation.

Very well situated, with easy automatic check‑in. The hot water was inconsistent and the pipes were a bit clogged. You have to pay the tourist tax separately, in cash.
