The staff were welcoming and friendly, always helpful and clean, and kept checking in about the hot water. They were central to our trip planning and airport transfers, and Dirk made sure we were comfortable and happy.

I was very happy with the accommodation for the purposes I needed it. I was there because I had to have a medical procedure at Panorama Medi Clinic. The room is very austere. There are no pictures on the wall to liven up the room. Today, there are exceptional-looking artificial plants, and a bit of greenery would be nice
