The staff were amazing and very helpful. It’s close to the metro station. For the price, the stay was fine overall. However, the booking photos omitted the entrance; it appears there are no stairs, yet there are, so if you bring strollers you’ll face a small problem at the entrance.

The staff were nice and the room was really clean, but the furniture could use a refresh and I caught some cigarette smoke.

The gentleman who helped with check‑in and check‑out was reasonable and understanding – thanks to him. The room stays quiet as long as the window is closed. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The mattress had a bit of sag, which made it hard for me to sleep because of my back pain; a replacement would make it more comfortable for guests.
