The hotel sits inside the park, just a 100‑meter walk on gravel from the park entrance; the Wi‑Fi worked well, breakfasts were decent, the terrace was great for sipping wine in the evenings, and a turtle lives under the porch. The rooms were humid, cramped, and a little dark.

The room was terribly dirty and the child’s crib was broken; the staff were rude. When I asked for a larger room for an extra fee, they claimed all rooms were the same size, only to later reveal a family room that cost more than a night’s stay. The attitude was simply awful.

The location is fantastic and the staff were welcoming, super helpful, and easy to talk to. Nothing major was wrong, though the hotel shows some wear and tear, which is understandable for the price. I would have liked a bit more natural light in the room, but it didn’t detract from the stay.

Conveniently located right in the park with a nice restaurant and café nearby. When booking, we were upgraded to a higher level room for free, yet it was no better than the economy; the window was tiny, the room was always dim, the pillows were thin and see‑through, a hanging table was held by a single screw, the toilet seat was broken, and the bed linens and towels were noticeably worn.

The place was clean, quiet, and set in the garden. Breakfast was normal but fresh, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room felt a bit cold.
