The accommodation is in a quiet spot, but the windows couldn’t be opened because they were covered with a Plexiglass sheet, so no fresh air entered the room and it felt stuffy; we could only ventilate by opening the front door. The kitchen equipment is adequate, but the quality of the furnishings is poor. The beds were too hard for us, though that’s very personal. The shower is tiny and the bathroom ventilation is extremely loud!

The location is peaceful and close to the airport. The floor and bathroom are clean, and the free bikes are very convenient. However, there was a lot of dust on the lamps, frames, etc. The room smelled bad (stale). We had to buy incense sticks to mask the odor. The interior needs a refresh.

The room was large, comfortable, and well equipped. The air conditioning worked well, the Wi‑Fi was strong, and the shower was hot. The location is a bit remote, though bikes are available (ask the concierge for the padlock number), which only becomes an issue when it rains. The lack of pots and pans, a kettle, and a toaster was annoying.

Spacious apartments with comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen that lasted through my 9‑day stay; the shower was hot, and the location was perfect, right between the busy and quiet parts of town—10 minutes on foot or a bike to the center, 5 minutes to the quieter docks. It was quiet at night. The staff aren't on site but a phone number was provided and they responded quickly when we needed a bike tyre pumped. We could empty our bin at the back of the apartments whenever we wanted. The place initially looked a bit rundown and could use a fresh coat of paint and some garden work to make the large space more appealing.

This hotel provided a comfortable stay, but its value for money was somewhat compromised by various issues. While the owner was friendly and the free bike was a nice touch, the property had several drawbacks, including flooding, poor water quality, and spotty Wi-Fi.
