The hostess was incredibly warm and clearly knew her job. The hotel itself felt charming, and the meals were genuinely delicious. I’d definitely come back for another stay.[/BODY]

They required an international bank transfer for the deposit, which ended up costing me about 50 €, and they didn’t accept a credit card for that part. At checkout they finally allowed a card for the balance, and everything else ran smoothly. I just wish the deposit could be handled more easily.[/BODY]

Location couldn’t be better – right by the gondola – and the kitchen served some seriously good dishes. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The only downside is that the bathrooms and showers look pretty worn and could use a refresh.[/BODY]

Staying right next to the ski run was a huge plus, and the meals were solid. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall a pleasant spot for a ski holiday.[/BODY]

The restaurant impressed with flavorful dishes, and the service felt personal and courteous, making you feel like the main guest. Being just steps from the ski lift was super convenient. However, the building itself shows its age and could really benefit from a renovation.[/BODY]
