The front desk staff were excellent, and they even upgraded my room, which was a nice touch.
The location is definitely the best part - it's pretty much perfect.

“Comfortable stay in a good location”
Our room was spacious with a large window and a very comfortable bed. The hotel sits in an interesting neighbourhood with many good restaurants nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Wi‑Fi was spotty.
Excellent reception staff, always ready to help. The beds were very clean and comfortable, and the location is a quick walk to the nearest metro station.
“Excellent value and service!”
Santosh made everything run smoothly, from the airport pickup to the drop‑off. He even arranged a sightseeing tour that made my stay very enjoyable. He always responded immediately to my questions and followed up to ensure I was fine. Breakfast was very nice and reasonably priced. Florence Inn offered great value and excellent service! The location is a bit busy, but that’s typical for Delhi.
“Good”
The room was neat and clean, making for an overall good stay. The only downside was that the written hot‑water schedule said 5 a.m. to 11 a.m., but it actually stopped at 10 a.m.; that was the sole issue.
“Very comfortable and affordable”
I really like the property; my stay was easy and comfortable, and the room was very clean. I arrived at 4 a.m. and the room was already ready, which made me very happy. The staff were friendly, and the hotel is in a nice spot—just 20 m from a big market where you can find everything. This property was perfect for me, and I will definitely return. There was nothing I didn’t like, even the bathroom was clean and good 😁
