The location is ultra‑central and extremely convenient, the property is very clean and well maintained. The only uncared detail was the broken toilet seat.

The room was gorgeous and the location perfect, but the bathroom outside the room could have used a bit more cleaning.

The breakfast wasn't included. The place sits right in the heart of Città Nuova, directly opposite the MARTA, and is a large apartment split into several independent rooms of different sizes and setups (some with internal or external bathrooms, with or without separate windows, etc.) plus a shared entrance hall that even has a hot‑drink dispenser. Even though my room had no window, a large window right in front of the entrance door opened onto a communal area that had a bunch of laundry lines with clips – very handy! For the price of the room, the only issue was the bathroom (the sink didn’t have a stopper, which is a bit risky for contact lens wearers) and the bed (the pillows were too high, so I had to improvise with a towel). I’d have liked a few more brochures about what to see and do in the city.
