Nice spot, small room for the price but great location and very friendly staff.

The location is central. The first room I was given was in poor condition, so I was moved to room 2. The bathroom had a bad odor from the drain on the first night, I couldn’t sleep, and no one answered the phone to fix it right away, even though I was within the time they had set.

Nora was super attentive and polite. It was a pleasure to stay there! The stairs are not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The only redeeming factor was the location in the old town. The mattress was awful and the pillows were lumpy. No toilet paper was provided, and the only staff I saw after the first day was a cleaner who didn’t speak English. One evening I encountered two men in the dark who pretended to work there and were lying, which was frightening. The place is terrible. The reception never existed; no one was there on either day to talk to. I called the number they gave and was ignored, receiving only a brief “hi” before being ignored again. I had no way to contact anyone in an emergency, and when I tried to leave my bags before my 8 pm flight, the reception that should have been open from 11 am was locked. I waited 45 minutes, called twice more and WhatsApped, and only got a response at 4 pm. Unacceptable.
