We enjoyed a wonderful stay: the rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, everything was well organized, the location was convenient, and we felt welcomed throughout; thanks for the hospitality and for making our visit so pleasant, we’d gladly return and recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly, the location was great, and Ann handled all our requests flawlessly; she also let us leave our luggage overnight while we went on the Halong Bay cruise, and she was very sweet.

Die Hilfsbereitschaft von Kate, Hanna, Lucie & ivory. das Hotel war sauber und ich habe mich sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt, sodass ich nach einer Woche Aufenthalt noch einmal am Ende meiner Reise in dieses Hotel für drei Nächte wollte. Das Frühstück ist lecker und man hat genug Auswahl um ausgewogen zu essen. Ich hatte genug Platz und das schönste waren die großen Fenster mit Tageslicht!
