Daydream Luxury Suites

The room was huge with a great view of a new cruise ship each day, the hot tub was amazing, and we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with Greek coffee every morning, plus nice local olive‑oil toiletries; the staff were super helpful, carried our bags for transfers, and happily organized any excursions we needed. The only downside was the steep main staircase from the reception at the top of the hill down to our bedroom at the bottom—just the shape of the land. We used the lower entrance most of the time, but if you’re a bit unsteady on your feet check which room you’re staying in and how much climbing you’ll have to do each day; it’s not a criticism of the hotel, just a tip for future guests.

“Great location, but avoid suite 3.”

Breakfast was served next to the reception or at our own table; we chose the top floor for the views and had never slept in a cave before. The room had no windows, a limited patio area, and shared a wall with another suite, giving us only limited sea views. It was a cave, so very damp, especially the bathroom, and we found dehumidifiers and scent machines in our ensuite, indicating they’re working on the issue. Satellite TV didn’t work in our room, and although we had Wi‑Fi, we couldn’t sign into Netflix or any TV shows.

“Loved it!”

All the staff were wonderful, very helpful, and offered great suggestions; the included breakfast menu was extensive and high quality, and the hot tub and room were very spacious. Our room was fantastic, though there were a few faulty items such as outlets, light switches, and doors.

The location was excellent with unbeatable views, the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the hotel was very clean. The only criticism at a high level is that the room is unfortunately small (the terrace isn’t). What really bothered us was that on the terrace of our double room we had only one (1!) lounge chair—other seating options are available, though. The breakfast is fairly limited and must be requested the day before, but it’s generally good. The pool is small, but its size was perfectly adequate for us as a couple. We stayed in mid‑September and the pool always seemed a little dirty, although it was cleaned daily.
