The building is new, fully renovated, and tastefully furnished. All the comforts—air conditioning, fridge, bar, in‑room bathroom—are comfortable and spacious. The location is fantastic. The downside is that it’s on the third floor without an elevator, and there are no blinds or shutters to block the light; only blackout curtains that aren’t sufficient, so a lot of light comes in in the morning.

The spot was spot‑on, super clean, modern, and roomy—really a gem. The host was friendly, attentive, and efficient, and I’d give a 100 % recommendation. There were no negatives at all.
The room was spacious, beautiful, and very clean, just like a nice hotel with plenty of space. The package was great, the AC worked perfectly, and the location was spot‑on. One improvement would be a lockbox for valuables, and the mattress was a bit hard—maybe a medium would feel more comfortable.

I liked the central spot, but it was quiet, the place was spotless, and the host kept in touch; all the basics were there, plus a fridge stocked with drinks for a small fee that was handy. The room could use more pillows and firmer ones, and the stairs are a hassle if you have a lot of luggage.
