Breakfast was satisfying and the room was sound‑proof, but the cigarette smell in the room vibrated and was exhausting.

The hotel itself wasn't bad, but the staff ruined the impression: they kept saying they didn't speak English and didn't try to help, misexplained the shuttle schedule so we missed the right bus, and promised an invoice for the business trip at checkout but then said the hotel didn't provide it and sent us to Booking; we still can't get the document. The room was dusty, and we hope management will pay more attention to staff performance.

The hotel is super close to the fair, the room was big and clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast, however, offered very few options for Western guests and there were no English channels.

Everything was great. The only downside is the lack of a pool and the need to better cater to foreigners, especially in food preferences.
