The place is easy to locate, the house looks nice, and the private bathroom is pleasant. Overall it was okay, but my room was on the lower floor and the noise from upstairs was quite loud; the entire floor would shake whenever the children ran around in the evenings. There was also a lot of noise from the kitchen in the mornings, including what sounded like a blender. For a couple of days it’s fine, but I wouldn’t stay longer than that.

The location was good, the bed was comfy, and the room was large—plus it was incredibly cheap. I could hear everything upstairs until almost midnight, which made it hard to sleep. The shower was in desperate need of a clean.

Comfy and warm. Easy, no hassle, feels like home accommodation. Check in and just do your thing. Great location for walking around Dunedin. I never hire a car but the distance to town doesn't bother me as I enjoy the walk. I didn’t feel as clean as last time I stayed, but nothing major.
