The front‑desk staff were friendly; even though there’s no lift, the guy helped me lug my heavy luggage up to the first floor by himself. He was very kind and helpful. The motorcycle outside the window on Sunday morning was loud and went on for almost an hour.

Nothing positive. I was upset that they debited my registered card directly, deducted the first night, and told me the next week I'd pay at the hotel, claiming it was a deposit even though the reservation didn't mention that. They charged my relative for two full nights, and after arguing with her they said they'd refund the money, but the 54 euros refund hasn't arrived yet. While in the room, a man entered, opened the door, knocked, and left without warning; the service was ugly and awful.
