A warm host, the spot was close to everything we needed, and the place was clean. It was fine for a quick stop‑over, a little noisy at night, but I wouldn’t book a longer stay. The mattresses were very hard, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom turned out to be shared even though the booking said it was private.

View: The balcony offers an absolutely superb view of the surroundings. Cleanliness: Both the apartment and the common areas for guests were clean. Parking: The courtyard has generous, private parking, monitored by video. Staff: The owner is very friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Other: The bathtub is large and generous, there are countless storage spaces, and the tiny shared kitchen is equipped with the essentials. Sound isolation is nonexistent: every step on the floor is heard perfectly, and the walls don’t provide acoustic privacy. Issues with installations and facilities: - Water heats very slowly - The sink tap is full of limescale, and water drips in all directions - The toilet tank mechanism was broken, water flowing continuously - Free Wi‑Fi is very weak (there are 3 networks, but none work properly) and there is no TV in the apartment - Lighting is poor and some bulbs are non‑functional. Comfort and common areas: - The private bathroom is right next to the shared kitchen (shared wall and door next to each other) and has direct access from outside - The coffee machine and relaxation space (with a mini‑TV) are shared - The courtyard is not set up and there is no access to a green area. Details about privacy and décor: - The interior décor of the apartment includes useless trinkets and family photos/tree‑of‑origin pictures of the owner on the walls - The location is hard to find, with no street banner (only number 602) - Some photos are not up to date, spaces have been changed (bathroom and bedroom) - Some listed details are incorrect: such as sound isolation (completely missing) or the coffee machine, which is in the common area, not in the private apartment. Strict rule at the destination: all outdoor shoes must be left on the entry hall.
