It’s very comfortable, the kids food is good, the staff are good, everything is good.

The staff were very friendly, though the overall experience was only good.

The place sits just a few meters from the main road, which is convenient, but there were very few staff and they were not efficient. A frog appeared in our room and we had to wait an hour for a response; the reception was empty so we had to call the WhatsApp number and were told the person was not on site. The bedsheets were stained and not clean, and when we asked for early breakfast we were told it wouldn’t be available before 8 am.

The TV had an internet connection, but the room was not worth the price: it was unclean, infested with cockroaches, the shower was broken, and hygiene was lacking. We were offered a top‑floor room that turned out to be a terrace, and they didn’t even provide a complimentary water bottle.
