A wonderful hotel in the heart of Ankara with top‑class staff who are refined, ethical, and helpful; they care about guests and provide all assistance they deserve, especially front‑desk employee Nihad 🌹.

Receptionist Frau Demirpolat was very friendly and always recorded our complaints carefully and forwarded them to the relevant departments. The hotel’s location is also good. However, for the second time we were wrongly accused of using the minibar. The same incident repeating after two years shows major communication gaps between housekeeping and reception. Despite an email complaint, we received no response or apology. The room cleaning was inadequate: toilet paper and shower gel were sometimes not refilled, and the rooms smelled unpleasant. The way our legitimate criticism was handled was disappointing. Because of these experiences we cannot recommend the hotel.

I had no positives at all, everything was terrible.

The breakfast was mediocre, the rooms were generally very old, and because of the architect’s design you had to take more than one elevator to reach your room.
