The booking wasn’t confirmed by the hotel, so I had to book a room directly; the receptionist said they don’t accept third‑party app reservations, which meant I paid an extra charge for a direct booking. I didn’t feel as well.

There is no property with that name; after making the booking you might get a call, but when you arrive the hotel’s name has changed and they claim the displayed amount isn’t theirs but from the old owner. When you ask how they have your number—supposedly only for booking—they say they do have it but say nothing about the pricing or the days you booked.
