“I chose the hotel to be closer to my family for ease of transport.It's in a good location with Lotte”

We were really looking forward to a big breakfast spread, but what we got was a limited selection of dishes, sometimes just two or three options. To make matters worse, the coffee was lukewarm, and the staff told us they hadn't even turned on the machine. To top it off, the hotel's airport shuttle service, which was included in our booking, had been cancelled without any explanation or refund.

The hotel's proximity to the lake was a major plus, but unfortunately, it was the only redeeming quality. Everything else about my stay was a letdown. The room was small, the staff seemed disinterested, and the overall atmosphere was just off. I was expecting a lot more for the price, but it just didn't deliver.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the city centre, but the lack of breakfast options was a major letdown. I'm a vegetarian and there was nothing on offer - no bread, fruit, or any other basics that you'd expect from a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the absence of breakfast meant I had to venture out to find somewhere to eat. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the breakfast situation really needs to be sorted out.

“Nice place though!”

The staff here are super friendly and accommodating, which is a big plus. The room was simple but clean and had a lovely smell to the sheets and towels, which is always a nice touch. However, the breakfast menu could do with a bit of a revamp - it's a bit limited. One thing that was a bit of a challenge was the language barrier, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

I'm a bit torn about this hotel, but overall I'd say it's a solid choice. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even when I checked in late. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was really comfy. The location is also a major plus - it's right in the heart of the city, so you're close to all the main attractions. But, on the downside, the noise from the street can be pretty loud, especially if you're a light sleeper.
