The central location is very convenient, and the room had all the essentials—tea, coffee, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, etc. We had a minor issue when the door keys weren’t in the locker, but it was fixed quickly by phone; the roof‑top room had a sloped roof on one side.

The top‑floor flat clearly has a roof problem and needs decoration; there were no tea bags and the toiletries were insufficient for two people over two nights.

The building is impeccably detailed and very welcoming, but my ground‑floor room forced me to keep the curtains closed.

The location was great, but the reception was uncomfortable when we arrived.

The bedroom was lovely and spacious, with a comfy bed and spotless cleanliness, though the bathroom felt a bit cold but still bearable.
