I paid weeks in advance and was told I’d need a photo ID on arrival, yet I never had one, so why not ask when booking? They ignored all my calls and messages, never provided a contact number, and I had to wander around Nanchestet all night because no other accommodation was available. Their failure to reach out personally on the day and demand an ID is pathetic.
