Guests who book a room at this hotel on Guruvaayur East Road should be careful—money could be lost! My experience at this hotel was very bad. It was just a scam setup. Because there was a wedding function at 4:30 am, I had to check in at 1 am. The facilities provided were very disappointing. Key points to note: 1. There is no direct phone number or contact info for this property; you can only connect via OYO, which is a big hassle. 2. You won’t get any value for the money paid; it’s just a way to lose money. People traveling to Guruvaayur for pilgrimage or wedding purposes, please avoid falling into such traps. Think twice before booking based on online photos.

I reserved a Hotel A/c Room, near Guruvayur Temple Krerala, through you on 16.04.2026 Ref : 1) Reservation Confirmation No 5967560954 2) Hotel Name : Super Hotel O, Near railway Station, East Nada, Guruvayur Temple 3) Date of Check In : 25.04.2026 and Check out on 26.04.206 4) Paid the amount through link Booking , you done, is trtuly Cheating the Customer 1) There is No Hotel in the name of “Super Hotel O” nearby the said Guruvayur Temple or Guruvayur Railway Station. 2) I searched the locations with my Car in and aroung Guruvayur Telmple, but could not find. 3) At lest one Auto Driver told me to contact the “RVEES Hotel” near Railway Station, Guruvayur and I contacted there and they confirmed the Booking and allowed me to stay there. I Checked In at 4.00 PM at the RVEES Hotel. 1) They gave me the Room Key at the counter, and asked me to open the room stay, without the help of any helper/attender from their side, at st Floor and stay. 2) In the Room, the A/c is not working, Ceiling Fan is not working, no Exhaust fans in the Toilet Room. 3) I Complainted to the Reception, but no use. 4) I was forced to stay in the same Room ti 11 AM (26.04.2026) suffering “40 degree Certius” temperature insde the Room. Pl refund the A/c Room Charges without dalay. Your reply is expected at the earliest, or otherwise I have to appoach the Consumer Court
