Nice location, breakfast was excellent, cozy by the water, and the staff were very friendly. Actually nothing.

The room was huge, an incredible palace, and the hotel manager was excellent; the location was very good, right inside the canal which we wanted. The only downside was the staff at breakfast.

I liked the location, but the mattress was bad, there were bugs in the sheets, and the hotel and the rooms were not tastefully decorated; I didn’t have breakfast, and other guests I know said it was poor.
