The location, comfortable beds, good sheets, and spacious room and bathroom were great, and the exterior room had a small balcony. However, the bathroom had little light and a curtain over the tub, and the room needed a deeper clean overall.

We booked this hotel from 2 to 9 October, but on Sunday 4 October we had to contact support and leave the property after losing two days trying to solve unacceptable hygiene problems. On arrival, Friday evening, the room already looked dusty and decidedly old. The situation worsened during the first night when we found a cockroach near the toilet. After reporting it to reception on Saturday morning, we requested a deep clean and agreed to a disinfection. We were assured the room would be cleaned on our return at 16:00, but the disinfection was postponed to the next day, and at 16:15 the daily cleaning hadn’t even been done. The subsequent cleaning was completely unsatisfactory: towels and bedding were changed and the floor washed with a mop that emitted a bad smell, leaving the room saturated with odor. The towels were also stained and torn. That same evening, upon our return, we found a second cockroach, this time on the desk. Staff entered the room and removed it, again assuring us the disinfection would occur the following day. On Sunday morning we found another insect in the bed, which we reported immediately. After the disinfection, the situation did not improve. When we returned Sunday afternoon, we found hair in the bathroom, even in the bidet, dirty floors, dust everywhere, and stained towels, plus a shortage of towels. The worst issue was the bed: lifting the bedding revealed hair, fur, and several stains on the sheet that should have been freshly changed.
