Breakfast was terrible—packed ham from Lidl felt risky to eat, a disaster I’ve never seen before. We could stay in the room until 9:30, yet the owner was already waiting before 9:00 to hand over the key, making the stay very uncomfortable.

We were contacted by the host before arriving to arrange our check‑in time, and we also received tips on local restaurants. The host greeted us and escorted us to our room, which was spacious, bright, comfortable, clean and well‑heated, as was the bathroom. Each guest had soft towels, a hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo, and a kettle for tea, herbal infusions and chamomile. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the quiet of the B&B. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes. The mother‑daughter hosts were always available and friendly. The B&B is in a strategic spot, close to Assisi and the sites of Saint Francis, reachable within a few minutes by car, and the private parking was a big plus. Value for money is great. The only thing that could be improved is allowing card payments in addition to cash.
