I liked the service for the transfer from the airport to the hotel and back – Sebahattin. He was amazing, very polite, came to take me quickly. The entire staff were also super polite and kind. Rooms were cleaned daily. The food and the hotel's whereabouts. Food was low quality, only one type of fruits, minimum quantity. Was afraid to go around the hotel for a walk alone.

Good room and a wonderful varied breakfast. The room is clean. No parking near the hotel, but there is an underground parking and an open one within a 5‑minute walk.

Friendly staff, a fridge in the room is a plus. The smell of tobacco in the room.

The room was spotlessly clean and the location right in the city centre was superb, with a parking spot just a 1–2 minute walk away, and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is good. The rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. The staff are diligent and friendly. There is something that needs immediate attention: the breakfast. It has nothing to do with an excellent breakfast. Even the scrambled eggs were missing. Not to mention the warm milk for the cereal for the kids. The breakfast was a complete mess. Remove the “excellent breakfast” from the advertising.
