The place was a disaster from start to finish. The walls and bathroom were filthy, and the security guard seemed more interested in catching some Z's than keeping an eye on things. To top it off, the toilet paper was nowhere to be found, and the whole experience was just a mess. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this dump to my worst enemy.

The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in my stay. Unfortunately, the manageress seemed to be a different story altogether - she was abrupt and unfriendly, and her attitude really put a damper on things. It's a shame, because the rest of the staff were great, but her behavior was a major turn-off.

So far, so good - the place seems nice and the staff have been friendly. But there's just one little problem: there are some pesky mosquitoes buzzing around our room. Hopefully they'll sort it out soon, because it's a bit of a nuisance.

The staff here are genuinely warm and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you're far from home. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite that, the staff's kindness and helpfulness made up for it to some extent. Still, a decent stay overall, but they really need to sort out that water issue.

Unfortunately, our family room was seriously lacking in storage space - there were no tables, cabinets, or drawers to speak of. And to make matters worse, the toilet was unlocked, which was pretty ridiculous. It's not exactly the kind of place I'd want to stay again.
