The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. According to the website, check‑in starts at 14:00. I arrived around 14:30, but was told to wait because the room was still being cleaned, so I could not check in until 15:00. I understand that staff can be very busy, but what followed was deeply disappointing. I was offered to leave my belongings in the room while it was being prepared so I could take a walk. I personally reminded the housekeeper twice (in her native language) that my items were on the nightstand and explicitly asked her not to throw anything away. Despite this, a brand‑new, sealed gift from my friends went missing. The item was eventually found, but the situation was extremely upsetting and completely ruined the first impression of my stay.

The staff were very friendly and the pool was nice. The air conditioning did not work; a staff member tried to fix it for us, but it seemed to be an internal error, so it was not the staff’s fault.
