“Nevertheless, this place is highly recommended if you are physically capable to do physical:100 kind of luggage-dragging”
Stayed 3 nights on business trip with family and on tight schedule - hence had very limited chance to give a frequent visit to the reception. Reserved a Family Room and given in Block B while reception is in the adjacent Block A. Overall we tolerated a lot and the checking-out morning was a total nightmare. We were given a family room in Block B at the highest 4th floor. This hotel by default gives only 1 room card so very hard to get in and out of the building - and simply the one that does not understand their own settings to guests’ convenience. The worst when the elevator broke down during the prior night before the checking-out morning: - our flight in the morning required us to check-out at 7.00 am, hence I was assured by two receptionists that it will be repaired within 2-4 hours when noticed the condition at around 8.30 pm. Further asked whether they have porter service but to no avail due to staffs’ communication problem, even with google translate. Once they do not know how to answer you, they simply give the response as if they dont bother guest’s issue. Great attitude for you to endure for training purpose…. - Checked elevator at 5.30 am and observed it was still not operational and started to get more worried. I went down to the Reception again and the night Guy was a total helpless and hopeless. This time the guy was a full English communication breakdown. I understand should he was not able to communicate but the situation was the action was a total useless to even further putting effort to explain. Again, once he does not know how to answer you, he simply gives the response as if he doesnt even bother the guest’s issue. Greater attitude for you to endure for higher-level training purpose…. perfect situation for worrysome Dad who has 4 luggages to bring 4-awesome-floors down in about 90 minutes. - Then, Dang!!! Came 7.00 am and no need to explain further
