The room was very clean, superbly located, and the staff member Arthur was exceptional, with absurd attention. I have a dietary restriction and he promptly went to buy something I could eat for breakfast, instructed us on how to reach certain places, all in all I can only thank him! The shower is quite small but it didn't really hinder our stay.

Location and good service. The bathroom and shower are very small.

The spot was great, but the window was tiny.

The location was good, but when we arrived at the hotel at 20:45 there was no one at the front desk; we waited at the entrance until a building resident appeared because the place isn’t even a hotel and has no sign. He told us the receptionist leaves at 17:00 and gave us a contact for a maintenance guy. That guy passed us the number of someone who was supposed to meet us, but that person never showed up. We waited until midnight and still no one came, so we left the building without a place to go. We were heading to Fátima the next day, so we decided to go to the bus station, but it was closed because it only opens at 4:00 am. We spent the night on the street in the cold. The next day we received a cancellation message. Another guest, an Englishman, arrived after us and left before we did, in the same situation.

Defekte Klimaanlage
